My experience is that you can mount them anyway you want to. The direction of rotation was an issue a few years ago but technology marches on. I'm not an expert but I have never heard of any problems

Hi Gary: Apart from the labeling which you can probably ignore if the tread is worn down enough, if you do this you will be taking a tire with worn in negative camber and putting it on the other way
