The car will definately run cooler on a 70 degree day. I don't know how much though. my gague will run almost halfway on a real hot day and halfway in stop and go traffic. but my engine and radiator

IMO, until the engine is cool enough that the thermostat starts to close, a 20 degree drop in outside air temp should roughly equal a 20 degree drop in radiator temp. the base value is absolute zero
