Thanks to all for the responses on the clutch. I'm going to assume it is working correctly as I have removed all the inspection plugs and watched the mechanism and all appears okay. Does anyone know

I fill mine through the shifter hole. Makes it easy, and yes hypoid will damage the box. Use a good 20-50 like the manual suggests. Thanks Duncan ==

To elaborate a little more, I also fill ribcase trannies through the shifter hole, but I pull the "normal" fill plug as well. It is easily accessible through the removable rubber bung on the side of

I will also echo the NO HYPOID. You won't believe how badly it will shift. Ok so what should I put or not put into the REAR END? I just changed the pumpkin so it is bone dry right now. David Oliner

Um, a funnel? Hey you asked ;) Get one of those plastic flexi neck funnels and stick it in the hole. I think a dry ribcase takes about 1.5 qts but check the book, and you can fill it from the shifter
