Can someone help me out. I have a 1965 1600. The original dash is in ok shape but I'm going to have it recovered and my trimmer was wondering what the name of the original finish was called by Datsun

Personally I'd have it recovered at that place that shrink wraps it which advertises in Hemmings. Dean @ Fairlady and maybe another vendor sell new reproduction ones. I've seen many dashes that were

Check with "Just Dashes For Classic Cars" in Califorinia. They remanufacture dashes and our '69 2000 dash looks brand new. Not cheap, ~$750, but truly a remanufacture. They strip the dash down to the
