I ran the same ignitor for 3 seasons with no problems. I did screw it up once and lost all the magnets from the wheel I puuled it off the dis. post and they scattered but manage to collect them all a

I believe the restriction on solid core wire applies to the Pertronix II, but not the normal Pertronix. I blew out two Pertronix II units on my TR3 race car, before I realized the problem. After repl
