I've often wondered about the two timing marks on the crank pulley of my 69 MGB/GT. The mark that I time by is on the forward face of the pulley, but the other mark is about 120 degrees away (clockwi

Early MGB through the GF engine series (through 1967 I believe) had the timing mark and pointer at the bottom of the pulley. Later MGB had the timing mark and pointer up top, like you say, about 120
