I understand a 5 bearing R16 can be converted to a 2000 by swapping in an H 20 crankshaft, giving longer stroke. Don't you also have to change the connecting rods? What else? Anyone ever run this en

Yes ya gotta change the rods and use 2L pistons so the compression remains reasonable. BTW, you can use a 2L crank and have the nose machined like the 1.6L.
