My heater radiator sprung a leak. I've heard all the war stories about replacing the heater box. Do I have to go through all that to replace the radiator itself? Awaiting your reply with crossed fing

Yes, unfortunately, you do. Once you get the assembly out of the car, the heater radiator separates easily. Your local radiator shop can usually repair it, as it's a hefty piece of metal. It's a $25
