Can anyone advise me as to the correct height for a 1970 MGB GT with Rover V8 dropped in. Haynes does not give it and my Brooklands shows 23.5inches but it is difficult to see to where! - it also say

Max I would be inclined to agree; but, how about in 1973? I would guess that Barrie's 1970 would be the same as the 1973-76 MGB GT V8. However, the V8 and the 4 cylinder cars I'm pretty certain sit
