I figured out what is wrong. It ain't me. It's the damn diaphragm. The depression in the middle of the metal base on the coil (Electromagnet) side is too shallow which will not allow it to seat fully

I have a few small machine tools in my tiny shop. I LOVE to machine things. But, something like a fuel pump is more disposable to me. How did the wrong diaphragm get in there? It isn't in backwards,

The wrong diaphragm got in there because I ordered it from Moss/ Vickie Brit to the best of my knowledge. I am talking about turning down this central section of the pump maybe 3 mm or so but I don't

OK, see if Peter C can sell you the correct diaphragm. I've seen this lesson repeated numerous times. You should order EVERYTHING from Peter C at WW,(or Paul A at Morriservice). If he doesn't have it

Well it works.. I think. i figured out about how much the boss in the coil was too high and I ground that part down and now I get a nice clickity sound with movement of the diqphragm like it should..
