I'm wondering why you are referring to a car which "...is in good condition, with little rust" as a _basket case_? I think most Spridgeteers would consider a bugeye tub that meets that description a

I agree with Robert. That's what I always thought a "basket-case" meant too! (A reason to disassemble the car in the first place could be to restore it to "like new" condition again.)

Now my version of a Basket Case is where the body tub is so full of holes it resembles a wicker basket. May be in one piece, or may be spread across several square miles. the some good
