Hey Dave, When I got my seat belts they had a nice description on where and what angle was best and The Healey's frame does not offer much choice where to put them

Put the car up on four good jack stands or a lift and locate the spots from underneath where the bolts, washers and nuts will fit. Drill small pilot holes from bottom up, finish drilling from the top
