I sent one from Victoria, BC to Texas via UPS. I modified a section of a pallet to be a fitted base for the overdrive trans, covered it with plastic, then cardboard and it got there nicely. Paul Nels

Wrap it up good in plastic and seal it with tape so it doesn't ooze oil everywhere and destroy the box (or get confiscated as a toxic pollution source). If you wrap it you can use the expanding foam
