Tis true, no factory valve seals. A small amount of oil through the guides is needed to lube the valve stems. IMO your smoke is almost certainly caused by oil through the guides. Broken or leaky rin

My guess is that your valve guides are leaking. Your blue smoke on deceleration is a classic symptom of that. Don't know that a heavier weight oil would make a difference but it wouldn't hurt to try.
