- Tis true, no factory valve seals. A small amount of oil through the guides is needed to lube the valve stems. IMO your smoke is almost certainly caused by oil through the guides. Broken or leaky rin

- My guess is that your valve guides are leaking. Your blue smoke on deceleration is a classic symptom of that. Don't know that a heavier weight oil would make a difference but it wouldn't hurt to try.
