- May be the handbrake, OTOH -- when I tried to take my TR3 out of the storage unit after a 10 month hiatus one of the (rear) brake cylinders was stuck and dragging the brake. Was able to relieve it by

- When I got my 4A, it was very difficult to release the parking brake. The mechanism at the drums worked fine, but the cables didn't like to move. I replaced the cables, but that didn't do the trick.
