Not worth anywhere near $6500 in my opinion. You didn't mention the engine--has it been completely rebuilt and looks brand spanking new? If so, and if the body's as good as you say, MAYBE in the 4000

I'll jump in here and agree that that is way too much for a car as you described. A decent, running driver should be found for the same or maybe less depending on what needs to be done cosmetically.
