Does any have experience / recommendation on the ideal length for a TR6 PI motor inlet trumpets for revs to 7000. eg dyno experience for max HP and torque. I understand longer is better but how long?

We have experimented with this, and found no measurable difference on 2 different race cams. In theory, the longer trumpets would be better for cams making torque at higher revs We have had more luck

No, have never tried moving the injectors on a 6 cyl triumph, but we did with other Lucas injected engines, eg old Formula 5000 V8's. I have driven 2 Triumphs with electronic injection and single thr
