Dear List I write to ask for advice on converting the SU carbs on my 74 TR6 (CF22072U) to DGV Weber carbs. Does anyone out there have experience with the conversion? Right now there's nothing 'wrong'

Unless you are looking to unload your wallet, I would suggest just fixing the problems with your stock carbs, although if your car has SU's on it, they aren't stock. I've been running stock CD175 Z-

Dave, I don't know anything about the DGV conversion, but I do know that SU carbs were never original for a TR6, and that they can work quite well. The idle mixture should be especially easy to get
