- Try putting a 2x4 under the oil pan and lifting the engine a bit. Maybe that'll give you the 1/4" you need. I've had to do that and my fears of damaging the oil pan thankfully were not realized...th

- One trick I've learned is to put a piece of 1/2 conduit between the trans and the frame. It supports the trans and makes it much easier to move. Then I jack up the engine (2 x 4 betwwen the jack and
