Success! I called the state of NM with the plate number (not registered since 1994) and they gave me the VIN....BCT14622L . Does that look right? I ordered a heritage certificate today with that numb

In PA, I had the fun time of convincing the PA Dept. of Transportation that TR did not stand for trailer. It took me 3 tries before they stopped sending me a registration stating that I owned a trail
