Go to your local Dorman dealer and check out the studs for a Corvair. They have two types, I believe the later ones fit fine. The serrations are coarser, but hte minimum and maximum diameters are the

Upon the advice of the archives, I replaced my front studs with chevy corvair studs. I picked them up at the local parts store for less than $1/apiece. They were just a little longer, which was great

I wanted to install longer studs on my 67.5 so I could mount alloy rims. I found that the studs from a corvair would work fine. The only difference is that the nurling on the studs is a lot finer on

I replaced the original studs on my '67 with 12x1.50 studs intended for a Toyota truck. Got 'em at Advance Auto for $.88 each. I had to drill the holes out to 13mm. I installed steel inserts in my '8
