- Boy oh boy did we have a windstorm pass through here today. It went on for about 2 hours or so and got pretty bad. Two *huge* trees in neighbors' yards went down. One smashed into our garage and shop

- The storm in NY Mike is mentioning came about 2 miles from my house on the way through. straight line winds you can't hardly imagine, went for miles. basically knocked down or tore up anything in it'
