Trisha, did you happen to notice the condition of the bores in the master? If there is any rust/pitting in there than new seals would be of no help. I know this sounds obvious but I thought I'd ask.

Don't overlook the brake lines themselves, check a few inches above where the lines connect to the MC to see if they are rusting or rubbing the footwell. This could cause a leak to appear to be comin

Sometimes the master will leak from the top cover gasket or even the screw on cap if there is no seal in it. Don't ask me how I know. It's amazing what a good paint stripper brake fluid is. Mike Mac
