I think the correct color name for the early spridget engine is "spinach puke". It is a very special shade of green developed to look horrible next to any body color, thus not favoring any one color

According to the "Restoration Guide and Originality Standards" (Austi-Healey Concours Registry) the engine color is Morris Green, BMC Engine Green Bob and Annice 1960 Sprite (Mk IV in disguise) 1966
