I seem to recall that the tach, fuel guage, and flasher unit use a common ground and/or a common relay under the dash on the late model B's. Sounds like that's the source of your problem. Look for a

Check the fuse box. I had the same thing happen to me. It turned out to be a flakey fuse. I just replaced the fuse. Later I took appart the offending fuse (broke it) to find that the fuse wire looked
