It appears there exists a version of the 948 engine that has an output for a mechanical tachometer, no? How can I tell if my 948 has it? Where would that thing be? Regards Evangelos

In Answer to both questions, yes. however you could go with an after market gear driven tach. Don't know how these things connect.
