It has been my experience that the Fram PH43 does not have a good anti drain valve.THats why I use the PH 16.As Volvo has to have said valve,due to it being mounted sideways.The two filters look exa

Len, The answer is 'yes'. Virtually all NAPA filters are made by Wix. To convert from the Wix number to the NAPA number, just delete the first digit, e.g., 51068 --> 1068, etc. Bud Krueger 52TD

I use a very sharp scribe, or metal pick, and stick it right into the old o-rings (one is on the block, the other on the adapter). This makes it easy to pull it out. Be sure to fit the new rings in
