You should really consider a 4.55:1 differential with the 948! It will take you a decade to get to 60 mph with a 3.9. Back markers are often a hazard on a race track.

Thanks guys, As at least two listers pointed out the 3.9 will be too low for a racing application. It would probably be perfect for the ridiculously low gear ratios that are in the stock A35 smoothca

Saw this race on SpeedTV about a month ago, one of the best races I've ever seen. Also liked seeing the Hemi Under Glass on that site. Last time I saw that car run was at Connecticut Dragway in 1967
