I still think that yaking on a cell phone while driving is rather effeminate, sort of like a teenage girl. I have still the same view about the SUVs, that is that in reality they are the same height

Actually my SUV (toyota 4 runner) gets over 21MPG which is a heap better than what your talking about. But for me and my young and growing family - this is the station wagon of the 2k's (and 90's). S

Out here in the 'burbs the SUV craze is in vogue. This is a fairly affluent area (Christy Whitman soon to be EPA & ex NJ gov lives near by) The parking lots are loaded with these over sized vehicles.
