Don-Just another thought about port spacing. The of head (and port spacing) 
can be identified by the type of intake manifold.  Look in the current Moss 
TR6 catalog in the manifold section. The 2 types of intake manifold are shown 
and reflect a change in port spacing and manifold gaskets.  It is possible 
that your car no longer has the original head or engine. Berry
