>From looking at the Eastwood tester, I would say that the gauge that they
use measures the difference between the line pressure and cylinder pressure.
The other style uses 2 gauges because each gauge only measures the absolute
pressure at the line or cylinder.  The operator has to do the math to get a
% leak down.

Sound right?
