Steve---Something is haywire. Going to comp., or semi-comp springs
should have made THIS much difference. Any chance they were mismarked
and the fronts and backs got switched?

If you "space" the back springs to make up the two inches you're looking
for, you will see a dramatic change towards positive wheel camber. (Not
a problem, if now being low dropped it into a negative stance.)  

Changes can be made in the bracketry at the trailing arm to make up for
some of this, but I'd question the spring selection, first.
