who was the supplier on your gearbox cover? Did it come with pre-drilled
holes or did you have do drill your own? I believe the one from TRF comes
with the holes already drilled.

Just spent the night wrestling with my new plastic gearbox cover. This
installation is not something I want to do again for a long, long time.
Probably should have asked for advice to begin with. Oh well, it's over
now.
A few more touches and I'll be street legal. (I did take a couple of
pretty
long rides with just the old cardboard laid over the gearbox.)
