Flimsy packaging and pricey shipping has sometimes been an issue.   Unless
you're in a hurry, insist upon postal surface or air mail.  Courier is more
expensive.

I've used them without any problems.  Remember that these guys are in
the UK though, so shipping isn't cheap.  Also, all their prices are in
British pounds, so multiply by about 1.6 or so to get dollars.  They
usually do a free shipping deal once a year, which is the only time I
ordered from them.
