I've used Rocker Arm Specialists. They are listed in the "monster list":

The cost is about $100. You get re-bushed rockers and they turn down your
shaft and hard chrome it.

Note: the bushed rockers as provided do not fit a standard shaft.

I've had at least 3 or 4 shafts done by this shop and am happy with the
results. I mean you get a lot of work done for $100. The only failure that
I am aware of was a friend who's TVR broke a rocker after a few thousand
miles. But that could have been coincidental to an over-rev.
