It's time to start putting the "outer metal" back on after fixing the frame
and mechanicals.
The questions is: How if the baffle plate inside the front fenders suppossd
to fit. The PO had bent the bottom 2/8" of the plate so that it laid on top
of the outer rocker panel, but I've also purchased a "new used" set and they
have never been bent. Is the bottom baffle plate suppossed to be trimmed so
that it sits on top of the rocker, or a slot cut in the rocker (which makes
no sense!)
