Oil Filters & Seat Belts

Just became the proud owner of a 73 TR6.

Would like to hear the plusses and minuses of a spin-on oil filter adapter
versus the cartridge type.  Including, whose is the best quality.  Would you
do it again if you bought another TR6?

We would like to replace the old and worn inertial reel seat belt/shoulder
harnesses in the car.  Who has experience with one of the "bolt in"
replacements that are available?  Whose would you recommend?
