        Wow.

With all the list members being so good about editing their replies, I
am
losing track of the original message in some of these threads. =;-o
My $0.02 worth: If there is a ride height issue, I urge you to replace
your
bushings, particularly in the rear trailing arms. Do this before you start
diddling
with the mounting brackets. Use a gear puller to press the bushings in and out
(Get a good one, not a $10 cheapie) and it will be a piece of cake.
I replaced my front springs (the DPO had already replaced the rear
springs)
and I still had a ride height issue, and the car leaned to the left by about 1".
I replaced the bushings, then juggled the rear brackets to get near 0
camber.
Very nice, and I found Nelson Reidel's notes on the buckeye web site to be very
helpful and accurate. That guy is a TR6 god (little 'g').

        Cheers,

        Vance

Peter---Altho at times best to do so, very few owners start from stratch
with all new springs, shocks and everything that affects body height and
wheel camber. You could go with just changing the rear bracket
configurations to end up very close to equal ride heights and a
satisfactory rear camber.

It would be good to check the ride height at the front end, as this can
influence the rear attitude. (Lean on a bumper corner, and watch the
opposite corner change)

While you're here, taking out both of these "two year old" springs and
placing them next to each other might be interesting. Swap them around?

Or, you could add a spacer to the bottom of the right rear spring
perch. The right thickness should not only raise the (now lower) height
at this corner, but would also take out some of the negative camber you
now have.
