If you want chrome wire wheels, your best option is to buy a new set.  I
strongly recommend that you _do not_ chrome an old painted wire set.  The
chroming process makes the spokes brittle and they have been known to break.
In fact, this is the reason that all new "chrome" wire wheels actually have
polished stainless spokes (Dayton) or stainless spokes that have been
chromed (Dunlop).

The less expensive option is to repaint them...
