Hi Phil,

If there is a large NAPA store nearby that mixes paint they should be able
to make up spray cans. In acrylic enamel Triumph Sapphire Blue paint formula
number is 99-21575. The store can look up the formula and has listings for
all the Triumph colors.

The larger stores will also have a paint matching gun called The Dominator.
Kai is absolutely correct that it will suggest the closest matched formula
to your paint. The bad news is there no factory color called "faded sapphire
blue" so the gun may suggest another manufacturers formula that is closer to
your car. In fact the gun is best suited to match paint on cars that have
been repainted with an unknown formula. For exact matching a faded color you
will end up doing the test panels as Kai detailed. The store can tint the
base formula for matching before putting it into spray cans. For underhood
use the original formula is a pretty good match.
