Smokin TR6

I have just had most of the engine rebuilt with new: GP2  cam, stainless 
valves, valve guides with seals, valve seats, roller  rockers, tubular pushrods 
& 
a SS header. The car has never run better. The  one big difference is at start 
up. After the car sits for anything over a couple  hours it emits a big cloud 
of blue smoke on start up. No smoke while driving  or idling.
 
Any ideas what is causing this?
