Hmmm...that can't be stock?!  All the Panel switches I've ever seen
only turn the lights on or off, never dim & bright. That's a new one.

As far as the dim bulbs.  I've been told they're just low wattage and
higher wattage bublbs are obtainable.  From where, I don't know.
