Positive Ground Radios

I am in the process of switcing the Alpine from Pos to Neg ground. I
have an original "His Masters Voice" radio installed which will also
have to be polarized. The local radio repair man will not touch it which
makes me wonder what my choices are. Anybody been here with advice or
options? I thought about installing the guts of a new radio and keeping
the old case of that nostalgic look but finding a radio to fit may be
more difficult. Thanks Brent
