Jim,
        Yes, that's correct the air will be sucked back in. What I have found
to this is to get fluid in the clutch master somehow. Sometimes, if one
can pull the line and feed the fluid into the master, that will work.
Also, a vacuum bleeder, down at the slave, works too. The trick is to
get the slave moving, close the bleed screw and, then by pushing the
clutch pedal repeatedly, the system should bleed itself.
