There is a precision spacer plate that forms a thrust locator for the cam.
It mounts to the block with two bolts.
It is sandwiched between the cam and the timing wheel, so it will be
loosey goosey till the timing wheel is on and tight.

On the manifold side front and rear positions only.

Go to a bearing store, its just a ball bearing.
Take one of your others as a reference.
