Hi all,
I am struggling installing a carpet kit in my SV. Specifically, the
drivers side floor pan carpet which then goes up the firewall is
interfering with the throttle linkage. The throttle linkage is not
straight but has a large bend in it that, when the throttle is pushed
all the way down, almost comes in contact with the firewall.
It seems one solution is to cut the carpet to allow it to lay flat
against the firewall. Before I do that, does anyone have any other ideas.
