I bought a roll of that stuff from Big Wrench racing, and I've never had
it stick to hot GoodYear slicks. Biggest problem I've had is if you don't
drive extremely carfully returning to paddock, it walks off the tires. At
the next event I slit it with a knife in grid, and it peels right off in
one strip.
