Howdy all.
When it stops being cold I will install my nifty new Supertrapp stainless
steel muffler on my Neon. I want to cut out a 5" semi-circle from the
bottom edge of the plastic bumper cover, dress the edges up and have the 4"
muffler body stick out a couple inches through this new semi-circle cutout.
Am I gonna get weenie protested at divs or nats for this? Can I glue the
cutout piece of plastic back onto the bumper cover in another spot so that
someone can't claim that I was illegally trying to lighten my car?
Those damn weenies can take the fun out of anything. ;^)
