In some cars, the answer to this question is a very clear YES, my car
being one of them.  If you doubt me, go take a test-drive in a BMW M
Roadster or BMW M Coupe.  Jeff's car is pretty bad itself, the mirror is
in the same place but it's not quite as large.  Anyone who argues that
being able to see to the right isn't a performance advantage is fooling
himself.
