Makes no sense to me. They allow it in the National Tours and get us 
interested in running national events and then when we have worked all year 
on  getting our cars set up for the National Championship(I know one person 
who has spent a lot of time and money on his car) we can't run. Some of us 
might be able to get the cars back to stock, but we would have to buy tires 
and wheels to be competitive.
